Future Rhythms is a platform led by Tanya Katoch, working at the intersection of sound, ethics, and culture. My work centres inclusivity, care, and fair access — advocating for the redistribution of resources, visibility, and cultural power. I focus on creating pathways for larger organisations to support and sustain grassroots artists and platforms — not by absorbing them, but by resourcing their independence. Each service reflects this commitment to balance, representation, and long-term cultural change.

If you’re interested in working together, or want to learn more about any of these services below, you can reach me directly at futurerhythms@gmail.com.

Creative + ethical Consulting:

I work with organisations to build ethical, future-facing creative frameworks. This means rethinking how opportunities are structured, how resources are shared, and who benefits.

My consulting often begins with a proposal that rebalances visibility and access — for example, curating a Soho House Hong Kong music night featuring community radio station HKCR and their residents. The event offered HKCR residents financial support and visibility within an established space, later inspiring Soho House to launch a series of community radio nights across Asia.

I have also advised cultural organisations and record labels on emerging trends and shifts in sound, helping them understand new movements before they enter the mainstream.
This work is both creative and structural — guided by the belief that ethical culture emerges when power is shared.

Music Curation:

I craft sound worlds that move people — intuitive blends of mood, texture, and emotion. My curation spans playlists, radio shows, and sound design for spaces, nights, or campaigns.

For HKCR, I’ve hosted global radio shows spotlighting artists from around the world. My Spotify playlist, linked via Hyper Machine, lets listeners discover and directly support artists on Bandcamp — turning listening into redistribution.

This service is perfect for brands, collectives, or cultural spaces seeking a distinctive, emotionally intelligent sound that feels both current and ahead of its time.

Research & Cultural Strategy:

I conduct research and cultural analysis for organisations aiming to create lasting, ethical change.
My work with BBC Asian Network on British Asian women artists revealed visibility gaps and shaped new frameworks for support and representation.

Collaborations:

I collaborate with artists, radio stations, and institutions on projects that share visibility and redistribute opportunity — connecting communities across regions and generations while sustaining grassroots creativity.
